Where are you located?
Wild Life Coffee Club is based in Pensacola, Florida. Apparel and mugs are printed to order by trusted U.S. production partners, and our coffee and tea are roasted and packed to order by a specialty roaster in California.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future, so join our email list to be the first to know.
Will I get tracking?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. It may take 24–48 hours for the carrier’s updates to appear.
How much is shipping?
Apparel and mugs: every U.S. order ships for a flat $4.89, and when you grab 2 or more items, shipping is FREE.
Coffee and tea: U.S. shipping is always free, no minimum.
How long will my order take?
Apparel and mugs are printed just for you, usually within 1–4 business days. Once they ship, U.S. delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, so most orders arrive about a week after you order.
Coffee and tea are roasted to order. Roasting and packing takes 3–5 business days, and delivery usually takes 2–5 more, so most coffee and tea orders arrive within 5–10 business days. It's worth the wait: your coffee hits its peak flavor a few days after it arrives.

Will my items arrive together?
Not always! Each item is made to order, sometimes at different shops depending on the product. Shirts, mugs, and coffee or tea each ship from their own partner, so if you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll get tracking for each one as it ships.
Tell me about the coffee and tea
Our coffee is small-batch, specialty-grade and roasted to order, so it's never been sitting on a shelf. Most coffees come in 12 oz or 2 lb bags, whole bean or ground for drip, coarse (French press and cold brew) or fine (espresso), depending on the coffee. Our teas are loose leaf in 3 oz pouches, plus matcha in a 1 oz pouch. Each product page lists the roast, flavor notes and brewing tips.
Because coffee and tea are food, we can't accept returns on opened bags. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
What is specialty coffee?
Specialty coffee is the top tier of coffee beans. Trained tasters grade coffee on a 100-point scale set by the Specialty Coffee Association, and only beans that score 80 or higher, with almost no defects, can be called "specialty." Most grocery store and drive-thru coffee doesn't make that cut.
What that means for your cup: smoother flavor, real tasting notes like chocolate, caramel or fruit, and none of the burnt bitterness that cheaper coffee hides behind a dark roast. All of our coffee is specialty grade, ethically traded and roasted to order in small batches, so it shows up fresh instead of sitting on a shelf for months.
How do coffee & tea subscriptions work?
Pick "Subscribe & Save 10%" on any coffee or tea, choose delivery every 2, 4 or 6 weeks, and we'll roast and ship it automatically, always with free U.S. shipping. You're charged on each delivery date, and you can skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account under Subscriptions. No minimums, no fees.
How do your shirts and sweatshirts fit?
Classic T-shirts (Gildan) have a classic unisex fit. Order your usual size, or size up for a roomier feel.
Comfort Colors T-shirts have a relaxed fit. Order your usual size, or size down for a closer fit.
Long sleeves have a relaxed fit. Order your usual size, or size down for a closer fit.
Sweatshirts have a relaxed, roomy fit. Order your usual size for that cozy, oversized look, or size down for a closer fit.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help as quickly as possible.
What are your products made of?
It depends on the style:
Classic T-shirts: Gildan Softstyle 64000. Solid colors are 100% ring-spun cotton, and heather colors are soft cotton-poly blends. Lightweight and soft.
Comfort Colors T-shirts: Comfort Colors 1717. 100% ring-spun cotton (6.1 oz), garment-dyed for a soft, broken-in, vintage feel. A heavier tee with a relaxed fit.
Long sleeves: Comfort Colors 6014. 100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed for a soft, broken-in, vintage feel.
Sweatshirts: Comfort Colors 1566. 80% ring-spun cotton, 20% polyester, garment-dyed for a broken-in, vintage feel.
Mugs: White ceramic with a colored interior, in 11 oz or 15 oz, with a comfy C-shaped handle. Dishwasher- and microwave-safe, with a fade-resistant coating that keeps the design bright.
