Wild Life Coffee Club Refund Policy

At Wild Life Coffee Club, we want you to love your gear as much as a bear loves its morning coffee. If something isn’t right, we’ve got your back — no growling necessary.

We offer refunds or replacements for:

• Incorrect items sent
• Damaged products upon arrival
• Defective or misprinted products
• Manufacturing errors

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To request assistance, email us at hello@wildlifecoffeeclub.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of damaged, defective, or incorrect items (when applicable)

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by customer
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
• Normal wear and tear after use

Because all products are made to order, please double-check sizing and product selections before completing your purchase.
