Good news — the wildlife is coming to you! 🐾 Apparel & mugs: Every U.S. order ships for a flat $4.89, and when you grab 2 or more items, shipping is FREE, with extra savings on 3+. Because saving money is almost as good as that first cup of coffee.
Coffee & tea always ship free, no minimum.
📦 Order Processing Every order is packed up and sent out with care — typically within 1-4 business days of placing your order. During peak seasons things may move a little slower, like a bear waking up before coffee. We appreciate your patience!
🚚 Shipping & Delivery Once your order hits the trail, U.S. delivery typically takes 2-6 business days depending on your location. Most orders arrive about a week after you order. We'll get your gear to you as fast as possible — the animals are eager to meet you.
📦📦 Ordered more than one thing?
Each item is printed just for you, sometimes at different print shops, depending on the product. That means your order may arrive in separate packages, on different days. Don’t panic if one shows up solo — the rest of the pack is on its way. You’ll get tracking for each package as it ships.
🔍 Order Updates As soon as your order ships, we'll send you tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. No need to howl into the void wondering where it is.
🔒 Secure Checkout Every order is processed through a fully secure and encrypted checkout system. Your information is safe with us — we protect our pack.
📍 Double-Check Your Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete, including any apartment, suite, or unit number. Even the best delivery drivers can't find your den without good directions!
Need to change your address? Email us at hello@wildlifecoffeeclub.com as soon as possible. Once your order is printed and shipped, we can't change where it's headed.
Returned packages: If a package comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll reach out to you. A re-shipping fee may apply to send it out again.
☕ Coffee & Tea Orders
- Always free U.S. shipping on coffee and tea. No minimum.
- Roasted to order. We don't roast your coffee until you order it. Roasting and packing takes 3–5 business days (a bit longer around the holidays).
- Shipping time. Once it ships, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days by USPS or UPS. West Coast orders often arrive faster; smaller towns on the East Coast can take 5+ days.
- All in, most coffee and tea orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
- Why it's worth the wait: your coffee isn't sitting on a warehouse shelf. It's roasted fresh for you and hits its peak flavor a few days after it arrives.
- Coffee and tea ship separately from apparel and mugs, so they may arrive on different days.
- Coffee and tea currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
