Original animal designs icon Why You'll Love It

Hold on to your cold brew. Never let go.

Never Let Go is a blend made for cold brew and nitro, already ground coarse so it's ready to steep. It brews up super smooth with chocolate and toffee notes and a light floral finish. Our otters hold paws so they don't drift apart; you'll hold on to this one just as tight.

Tasting notes: Chocolate · Toffee · Floral

  • Roast: Medium
  • Grind: Coarse (made for cold brew)
  • Easy cold brew: Mix 1 cup of grounds with 4 cups of cold water, steep in the fridge for 12–24 hours, then strain. Dilute with water or milk to taste.

Small batch roasted. Specialty grade. Free shipping.
Coffee bean icon What Makes It Special
🔥 Roasted to order — your coffee isn't roasted until you order it, so it shows up fresh instead of sitting on a shelf for months like most grocery store coffee.
⭐ Specialty-grade beans — the top tier of coffee, so you taste real flavor notes like chocolate, berry and caramel, not just "bitter."
☕ About a dollar a cup — a 12 oz bag makes roughly 20–24 cups, and a 2 lb bag about 60. That's café-quality coffee for a fraction of the drive-thru price.
📦 Free shipping, always — no minimums, no surprise fees at checkout.
Which Grind Should I Pick?
Whole Bean — the freshest option. Grind right before you brew if you have a grinder.
Drip Ground — a medium grind for drip coffee makers, pour-over and most everyday brewers.
Coarse Ground — chunky grounds for French press and cold brew.
Fine (Espresso) Ground — for espresso machines and moka pots. Available on our espresso roasts.
Not sure? Pick Drip Ground. It works in almost any coffee maker.
Keep It Fresh
Your coffee was roasted for you, so let's keep it tasting that way.
🔒 Seal it tight — squeeze out the air and zip the bag closed after every scoop.
🌑 Keep it cool and dark — a cabinet or pantry is perfect. Skip the spot next to the stove.
❄️ Skip the fridge — moisture and fridge smells are coffee's worst enemies.
⏳ Brew it within a month — coffee tastes best within 2–4 weeks of opening.
That little round valve on the bag lets fresh coffee breathe out without letting air in. Don't poke it. 🦍☕
