Stash & Dash is a single origin coffee from the Rwenzori Mountains of Uganda, roasted medium-dark for a full, balanced cup. Our squirrel hides a bag in every corner of the kitchen, just in case. Brew it as espresso or in your drip pot; it's good enough to stash.

  • Grown by: Busongora North Coffee Farmers' Cooperative, a farmer-owned co-op of 500+ families
  • Altitude: 1,500–2,000 meters

Every farmer in the co-op has an ID that traces their beans back to their own land, and they're trained in sustainable growing methods. The goal is to help families build knowledge and break the cycle of poverty, something we can get behind.

Which Grind Should I Pick?
Whole Bean — the freshest option. Grind right before you brew if you have a grinder.
Drip Ground — a medium grind for drip coffee makers, pour-over and most everyday brewers.
Coarse Ground — chunky grounds for French press and cold brew.
Fine (Espresso) Ground — for espresso machines and moka pots. Available on our espresso roasts.
Not sure? Pick Drip Ground. It works in almost any coffee maker.
Keep It Fresh
Your coffee was roasted for you, so let's keep it tasting that way.
🔒 Seal it tight — squeeze out the air and zip the bag closed after every scoop.
🌑 Keep it cool and dark — a cabinet or pantry is perfect. Skip the spot next to the stove.
❄️ Skip the fridge — moisture and fridge smells are coffee's worst enemies.
⏳ Brew it within a month — coffee tastes best within 2–4 weeks of opening.
